How to order?
- How do I order to get the discount?
Please check out payment via promotional code “JPMORGAN15” to get 15% off entire order.
Free shipping is available for minimum purchase of 2 pairs.
- When does the promotion end?
The promotional code is valid until 11 August 2019.
- How do I know which shoe size is suitable for me?
Please refer to our Size Guide. If you purchase the incorrect size, we will be happy to do a one-time free size exchange (subjected to availability and T&Cs as stated on our website).
Delivery and collection
- When and how will I be able to receive my order?
All orders be delivered for collection at 1@Changi City Level 7 and Capital Tower Level 17 Pantry on 16 August 2019, Friday at the following timing.
- 1@Changi City Level 7 at 9.30 a.m. to 10.00 a.m.
- Capital Tower Level 17 pantry at 11.30 p.m. to 12.00 p.m.
- What if I cannot make it to collect my order?
You may arrange for your colleague to collect on your behalf. Please provide your order number.
Exchange/ Refunds – Only applicable if items are in its brand new and original condition
- Can I exchange if I have purchased an incorrect size?
- Yes, please email us at email@example.com with your order number within 5 days, by 21 August 2019, Friday and let us know the size you wish to change.
- Each order is entitled to a one-time free size exchange should you have purchased an incorrect size. If the size required is not available, we will allow exchange to another design/colour of the ballet flats where the difference in retail price will have to be topped up accordingly. A credit code will be given to be applied on future purchase should you choose to exchange to a lower priced pair. No refund on the difference will be made.
- Can I ask for a refund if I do not like the ballet flats?
- Yes, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number by 21 August 2019, Friday to request for a refund. We are happy to provide a full cash refund* if you find the shoes unsuitable for you regardless of reasons. The full cash refund amount is deemed to be the final amount paid by you after any applicable discount.
*Full cash refund will be made if you have paid via Internet-Banking or Fund Transfer only. Where payment was made by Credit Card, the cash refund will be subjected to a 4% administrative fee on the final amount paid and a $3 returning fee. The balance will be refunded to you.
- Cash refunds will be processed within 5 working days after you returned the shoes to us.
- Refund will be made via Internet-Banking or Fund Transfer only.
- How do I return for exchange or return for refund?
Courier will be arranged for a one to one exchange or to pick up the returning pair.
All requests for exchange or refunds are subjected to LoveOkab’s Terms and Conditions stated on our website and are to be read jointly.
